Projectors and Video Screens:       Awesome Events and Entertainment has different projectors and Screen sizes to met and accommodate your facility and the needs of your meeting or conference. We have 1100 and 3000 lumens projectors. We also have tripod and Fast fold screens which are front and rear projectable. These screens come in different sizes from 2 foot to 10 1/2 foot diagonal.    

Laptops:  If needed at your meeting or conference, Awesome Events and Entertainment will be equipped with a laptop to run your PowerPoint or other multimedia program

Microphones: We provide high quality cordless lavalieres, handheld and corded microphones for your use. Let us know how many and what application you'll need the microphones for and your meeting will be crystal clear.

Video Cameras: Awesome Events and Entertainment can provide you with a Varity of camera set ups. We can interview, do live real time projection from different angle's and even do a wrap up video accompanied by some upbeat music for a fun finale!!

Pre-meeting Entertainment: We can provide an array of morning wake up fun activities to get everyone going. From playing some fun upbeat backround music and karaoke to trivia and videos on the big screen!

Co-hosting and Announcements:  Awesome Events and Entertainment will help make announcements and co host an event if needed. We have been in the public eye for 14 years. We have produced and helped out on many small to medium sized conferences and meetings.
